1. Product Sales (Laptops, Accessories, CCTV Systems)

• All products are checked and tested before delivery.

• Refunds are only applicable in case of manufacturing defects covered under the brand warranty.

• Once a product is sold and delivered in proper condition, refunds are not applicable.

• In case of a defective product, customers may claim warranty as per the manufacturer’s policy.
  
  

  2. Repair & Service Charges

  • Service/repair charges are non-refundable once the work has been completed.

  • If a customer cancels before the repair work begins, no charges will apply (except inspection charges, if any).

  • Advance payments for special-order parts are non-refundable once the order is placed.
    
    

    3. Order Cancellation

    • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch or installation.

    • Once the product is dispatched or installed, cancellation is not allowed.
      
      

      4. Refund Process

      • Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days.

      • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or bank transfer.
